Het zijn handgemaakte Italiaanse notitieboeken - agenda's met minstens dezelfde kwaliteit als Moleskines® Het grote verschil met Moleskines® is de moderne uitstraling en de gepatenteerde horizontale elastieke band die ook handig is om bijvoorbeeld een pen tussen te steken. Natuurlijk is de kwaliteit van het papier uitmuntend. Het is vanzelfsprekend dat al velen Ciak® als hun favoriete notebook - agenda hebben gekozen. Ciak® notebooks en agenda's worden geleverd in vele maten, soorten covermateriaal en kleuren. Vanaf de dertiende eeuw begon een rijke periode die Florance tot zijn huidige pracht en praal heeft gemaakt. In die tijd waren er gilden die de kwaliteit van ambachtslieden controleerden. Zo ook het gilde van de Leerbewerkers en Leerlooiers. Het waren deze ambachtslieden die de eerste notitieboeken creëerden: lederen omslagen die losse vellen papier bij elkaar hielden. In onze moderne tijd is deze traditie nog steeds te vinden in de kwaliteit en oog voor detail van Ciak's notitieboeken.
